SHAWNEE, Kan. — Independent U.S. Senate candidate Greg Orman will attend public events in Topeka and Lawrence on Wednesday.
Orman will speak to students and faculty on the campus of Washburn University in Topeka at 12 p.m. in Room 100 of the Henderson Learning Resources Center. The event is free and open to the public.
At 2 p.m. Orman will tour the Questar Fueling compressed natural gas facility in Topeka located at 5625 S.W. Wenger Street.
Orman will end the day in Lawrence with a public meet and greet with the University of Kansas College Independents. The free event will run from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Alton Ballroom at Pachamamas located at 800 New Hampshire Street.
