SHAWNEE, Kan. — Independent U.S. Senate candidate Greg Orman announced today that his campaign will begin airing a new television ad statewide on Wednesday to be broadcast in every Kansas media market. This will be Orman’s third TV spot since entering the race in early June.
Mr. Orman’s new 30 second television ad, titled “Independence,” confirms his commitment to problem solving in Washington by using the best ideas, regardless of which party they come from. The aspirational spot also notes that as a businessman, Orman believes that America can once again become the “innovation nation.”
“I believe that we can become the place you go to start a business, that we can become the innovation nation,” Mr. Orman says in the new ad. “But we can’t do that with the current leadership we have.”

“We've been on the air for several weeks now, and all the public surveys show that the better Kansans get to know Greg the more they like what he's saying,” said Jim Jonas, Orman’s campaign manager. “This new ad continues to introduce Greg and his positive message that America’s best days lie ahead if we can just get Washington and Congress back on track.”
